PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like
to purchase by clicking "Add To Cart". You can click on "Cart Contents" at anytime
to update the items in your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click
"Checkout" to begin the checkout process.
You will be prompted to sign in to your account before you can complete checkout. If
you do not have a Vintage Doc account already, you can open one - it's very easy and
only takes a few minutes to do so!
Signing up for a customer account will allow you to checkout with speedier service
on your return visits, track current and past orders, and receive order confirmation
and shipping notification emails.
PAYMENT METHODS
All major credit cards and eChecks are accepted through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and
secure way to make credit card payments on the web - it allows you to send money
WITHOUT showing your sensitive financial information.
When you ready to pay for your items, you will be redirected to Paypal to complete
your transaction. If you already have a Paypal account, enter your login information at the
prompt. However, you do not need to create a Paypal account to use Paypal! Once submitted,
orders paid by Paypal will be processed instantly.
NOTE: All international orders MUST be paid for via Paypal - no other payment method will be accepted.

All USA orders are shipped FREE with Delivery Confirmation via USPS Priority Mail.

All special occasion dresses and corsets are considered non-refundable Special Orders! This simply means that they
are not finished in stock and must be built from scratch. They will be made to
order according to your selected size as soon as payment has cleared. Due to current workloads,
please allow 4 WEEKS for completion.
Since we don't stock-pile our fabric, it is ordered from from our suppliers once a customer places an order with us. Our turnaround time also provides us the opportunity be very thorough with our work and make sure that everything we create is tip-top high quality.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Certificate of Mailing by default. If Express Mail is desired, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

ORDERING INFO
How do I know if my order was received?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal containing the details of your order.
IMPORTANT! After submitting payment, DO NOT CLOSE THE WINDOW without clicking on the "Return To Merchant" button! This is what sends your product order info back to us and the confirmation email to you! Simply put, if we don't have your order info, we cannot make your order. Failure to follow these directions will result in a processing delay and/or order cancellation.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email on the date your shipping label was created. Your order will ship promptly AFTER the waiting period indicated above. In the United States,
expect to receive your items 2-3 days from this date. All other countries, expect your package within 1 - 4 weeks, depending on customs and/or peak periods.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of DIY and Special Occasion items, all sales are final. We do our very best to describe items thoroughly and honestly. We also take the time to post extreme close-ups of the itty-bitty details of the pieces - just so you know what you are getting into. Additionally, all posted sizes are true and exact - absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be accepted if you measure incorrectly.
